Comments: We had to put our 13 yr old beagle mix, Thomas, to sleep today, and it was only by God's grace that we could make the unselfish decision. In the room we were in, Thomas & I, a copy of the Rainbow Bridge was framed for all to read. It was perfect! I know my Tommy (named for Thomas of doubting fame in the NT) is in a better place and young and pain-free again. He can hear again and can walk again, and, God-willing, we will meet again. I will miss him so much until then, but I know my Lord is watching over him. That is my comfort.

Do you believe in The Rainbow Bridge?: Yes I do!
Comments: I believe that God created animals for us to love down here on earth. When they die a part of us goes with them and it is nice to know that some day we will meet again at the Rainbow Bridge in Heaven.

Comments: Some people believe that dogs have no soul...those people have never looked into the eyes of my Ginger. Ginger was our loving companion for almost 12 years. She passed away in our arms around Thanksgiving of 2007 after a short illness, that we never could pinpoint; even after visiting numberous doctors and specialists. You just keep going, hoping to find the right answer but we had to make the hard decision to send her to rainbow bridge and relieve her misery. It was the hardest decision of my life and I still greive for her everyday. She was intelligent, protectve, goofy, full of energy and the boss. Ginger was a comfort and a joy and will one day be waiting for us. We love you "Pooker" and know that you are watching over your family...our guardian angel with fur.

Comments: I do believe that our animals do go to heaven. I believe that only people were born with sin,and by the grace of God,we are saved through our belief in Jesus.God wants us to be happy, and we will see our loved ones again, so why wouldn't that include our pets? Our God is a loving God! In Heaven, the lion will lay down next to the lamb,God promises!

Do you believe in The Rainbow Bridge?: You bet I do!
Comments: I just lost my 3rd poodle, our loyal buddy and friend, Benjamin. He was a wonderful sweet boy, and the love of our family. Our girls grew up with him. He was almost 15 years old. In the past 19 years, I have only been without a poodle for three weeks! I am itching for a new one, but we have to wait a bit until we are home more to give him the time he needs and deserves.
If you really want to believe in the Rainbow Bridge, watch the movie "What Dreams May Come", with Robin Williams. When he passes on the first thing that he sees in heaven is his treasured dalamtion. So I hope that is how it will be. How wonderful to think forward to burying your face in that warm fur once again for a cuddle, and scratching someones tummy just one more time in that certain spot to see that back leg go 60 miles an hour!!

Do you believe in The Rainbow Bridge?: Completely and Definatly
Comments: I believe in the rainbow bridge very much, for, to me, I would dread dying if there was none. The only thing I would be happy about dying is to see lost family members again.I lost a very loyal Black GS(german shepherd) a couple days before Christmas of '06.It broke my heart and ruined my Christmas.I cried alot, and still cry now, and I feel he's watching over me.I had him since i was three(i'm 11) and he was VERY special. I have also lost three other dogs, although it's sad,I wasn't very close to them,so I wasn't as sad as when I lost my dear Hurculeas.Their names were Rusty(a cocker), Max(i think he was a bischon), and Cocoa(either a sheltie or collie). You can see how close to Max and Cocoa I was.Anyways,Rusty belonged to my Nana(just like Hurc, Max, and Cocoa)and I lost him when he ran away from my uncle's trailer.Max and Cocoa were lost the same way, they ran away, but from my Nana's house. So I had never really had a dog 'till summer of '06.That was the happiest day of my life! But anyways, Hurc's "wife" Sandy,a german shepherd,is still living well, but I think she realized her best friend died in pain,so she gets a little depressed sometimes. You're free to e-mail me, I don't mind some more friends!

Hurc,I love you VERY much, and so did Sandy.Don't forget,I still miss you and wish you had been a surviver, but the vet said nothing could help your pnuemonia and heart worms, for we were to late and didn't realize you were sick.Hope you live happily with your family up there!

Love,megan
