Do you know if Vonne and Morris Tarnovsky still have their horses? I talked to Erica Kenner two weeks ago and she thought they had to get rid of all of them. I haven't talked to Vonne since back in 1997 when we stopped in there. I see Shelly Fossen once in a while when I go to a Circle Cross Play day. It is interesting to see some of the horses I knew when I was a member are still around. Ebony had a brief ownership in upstate New York 2005&2006 but is back home in Maryland, now owned by the person riding him in your photo (jumping the hay wagon), Robert Taylor, and myself. Debbie Griffin, Ebony's long time person who won his Sport Horse awards, still boards a mare at Robert's barn - as I do with my Ebony baby (9 now, not such a baby). If you are ever interested again Ebony is still breeding and you can reach us through Debbie Griffin or TaylorMadeStables.com. We only charge $500, no live foal guarantee, because we aren't really in the breeding business and it takes a lot of time to handle. I have just been introduced to Morgans myself and am becoming more and more interested. Have started to take riding lessons again after 25 years now that my daughters (10 and 9) are started to ride. We are all still beginners, but maybe some day when we are more advanced we'll be able to buy a Morgan. Yours are beautiful. So are your children.
