I tried squeezing it, but there was nothing that came out. And it hurt like hell. That day I was getting on a cross-country air flight, so I couldn’t do anything but let it hurt and fester as I got on the plane. Once we got in the air, I couldn’t wait to get to the lavatory to see if I could get rid of this painful, swollen zit thing. Finally, I got into the little room, took a deep breath, and got my fingers in position on either side of this swollen red bump. It hurt sooo much, but I squoze anyway. What came out were some tiny little drops of yellowish clear liquid—almost like water—squirting against the mirror. Just to make sure, I wanted to give it one more squeeze, and when I did, I saw these two semi-solid globs of white pus ooze out and onto my fingernail. I saw the globs moving underneath my skin and out. Finally, the little red mound started to bleed red, and it felt soooo much better. I looked at the globs, and they were like the size and shape of 2 grains of cooked rice. Its great to see others like doing this too. Busting them is always the best option. Difficult blackheads come out if you press down on either side of them with two metal nail files, each pressed flat against the skin. This distributes the pressure straight down around the zit without breaking the skin, so that the crap in it comes up - but sometimes you have to press really hard. My ex wife had one in her ear that I got out this way, it was as big as two pieces of rice. The biggest was on my dad's back, the damn thing was as long as my thumbnail and as thick as a pencil. My mom had always busted his zits, but she died a year before, so this one had been brewing a while. Ever had one that smelled? Just today I had what might be my biggest, it was in the center of my back where I couldn't reach it, and my girlfriend won't touch them. I could feel it getting bigger day after day, it was about a month old, and of course all I had done was make the surface scab because I couldn't get the right pressure on it. It even itched inside, I had to rub it on the doorjamb. It was a massive blackhead, I could tell, but there was no way to reach it. But now the scab was hardened up, and the scab felt like the head of a pan head screw, and I could get the edge of the scab up and felt it begin to come off, so I figured pull it off - then I looked at it, and the scab had the zit actually attached to the underside, it was unbelievable, and it was huge!! The sack had the whitehead all hardened and stuck into the middle of the scab, and the sack was all white with thick walls. The bottom had broken off it, and mashed potato stuff was coming out. It was about the size of a candy corn, with the point closest to the surface. Now with the hole wide open I could get two fingers on the hole and push the rest out, about 1/2 of it was still left and came right out. How good do you think this site is: No comments Submission: I popped a huge cyctic zit that was in my cheek for like a week.. there was no indication it was there visually, but I could feel the bump.. at first I thought it was a mosquito bite - kinda hard, swollen and seemingly benign.. but then I figured it was a zit.. I left it alone cus it had no head.. but today I was scratching it and a little tiny skin flake came off and there was some pus.. so I squeezed it and the whole damn thing, like two sacs full of blood and clearish whitish fluid just came spraying and oozing out.. it was so liberating - so surprising I had to squeeze it at least four times.. the first three produced pus and blood.. (One of the posters below me is right - you must squeeze it until you get to the thin blood - that's the only way you know it's all gone. Also, always pop with clean fingers!!) You also have to know when to do it.. The thing is.. is that I used to have a lot of cyctic acne in my teens.. but it seems now to have just concentrated itself into these huge ones that come about every now and then.. Just a few days ago I did one on my chin that was very similar - seemed like a "three in one". I'm not surprised that there are sites out there like this one.. cus if there weren't I was gonna make one, heh. Popping a zit is totally relieving.. and I'm starting to realize it's also a form of control over ones life.. kinda like anorexia but not detremental - since it's the ones we do not pop that create those craters/scars.. I've had a helluva lot of cyctic zits that I have popped and the only scars I have are from recent ones.. the "scars" have all gone away. Always wash you face at night - even if it's just water and soap, and then lots of water. Drink as much water as you can stand. My poor husband has really oily skin and Lord knows that several hours every week, we lay on the couch watching tv as I pop his zits. A few times the pus has shot into my eyes-thats not fun, not to mention gross. Although I was blessed to not have acne, I did suffer the teen angst of the deaded T-zone. My worst zit was on the inside of my left nostril, the middle cartiledge. It was the size of a kernal of corn before I popped it and hit the mirror when I popped it. I have a few scars, but then again, I scar VERY easily. The worst thing to do is treat zits by tanning-not a good idea unless recommended by your dermatologist! This causes more skin damage and scarring than zit-popping!
