McNatt is on my mother's side descending from a Richard Macnatt who emigrated to USA in early 1700's. Wonder if he was escaping before/after Culloden, too? Aren't the Macnatt's listed as a sept or sub-family of the Macnachtan clan? They aren't on your sept list, I just wondered.
