It's actually William Olin Bigby. I cannot find her birth and death information, although as soon as I ask my grandfather, I should be able to find it. Her husband was born April 17, 1903 and he died June 14, 1933. They had two sons. One was William Olin Bigby, Jr. The other was my grandfather.
