In addition, my eyes were irrated, felt grainy, and I found it hard to focus. Currently, my right ears seem to be permanently blocked and my glands are sore behind my ears. At times, my right ears is very senstive to sound. I am not sure what is wrong with me. I have seen many specialists. One doctor thought I had allergist while another did not. My family physician believes I have a form of meniere's but I do not have all the classic symptomology. Right now, I just want relief for my ears. Can anyone recommend anything? Also, does anyone know of an open-minded ENT specialist in Toronto, Canada. I've been using the irrigator once or twice a day for 10 days. I live in one of the premiere ragweed centers, and today's paper says ragweed levels are very high, exceeding expectations. My friends are suffering with hay fever while I'm living dangerously, playing golf and sleeping with windows open. I'm symptom-free and breathing more freely than ever. freely than ever. I'm astounded by these results. Reply to Comment -Leave Blank - for Staff Use Only: 99 Tue September 05 2000 - 20:55:30 Fullname: June A. I have used the Grossan irrigator tip since early March and have not had a sinus infection since. I wish I had known about this, as I have fought this for 11-some years. All I can say is, IT WORKS! I did catch a cold, but not the intensity that the rest of the family had it. Thank you Dr. Grossan! Comments: i recently purchased a waterpik along w/the nasal irragator attachment whilst in the the middle of a raging case of sinusitis along w/an ear infection. i have a problem w/allergies being the prime culprit of creating sinusitis for me. very irritating to say the least. rarely do i ever get a true common cold. seems like sinusitis will jsut explode in action. rather than take claritin or allegra or whatever, i have found the nasal irragator system to be of the utmost benefit. i find a once or twice/day treatment to be providing the same benefits as medication. since using this system i have not been near as congested or plauged w/that itchy, burning sensation in my nose. and,,,i also feel giving my sinuses a bath was a major player in getting rid of this last infection because the infection was recurring after my antibiotic prescription had run out. a truly simple solution to a major problem.
