How good do you think this site is: Well Done!!! Comments: The reason I found this page is that I am currently building a model of the U.S.S. Farenholt. I love researching the history of the models I build and I was really impressed with this web site. My father was a destroyer man serving on the U.S.S. James E. Keyes DD-787 during Korea and I have always been interested in the Navy's warships, especially Destroyers. I am currently building a number of destroyers in 1/350th scale including my father's ship and the Farenholt. This site has been a great help to me. Although I have not found one shred of evidence that he was ever on board the Farenholt, I keep praying maybe for a miracle. Can'y be too many "Faris Jones" on the musters. I am his son, now 46 years old; USAF/Ret., SMSgt/E-8, I am very proud to consider myself a transitioned Navy brat.
