Comments: Hello, I have an interest in copying from V2000 and VHS to DVD or Hard Disc. With regard to the V2000, I have about twenty tapes; I am particularly concerned to have the best possible quality transfer, so do you copy by direct video signal. My V2000 machine is faulty, so I can't use it for this purpose. Are you interested in having it for spares? I too am a bit of a Hi-Fi enthusiast, with particular interest in vinyle. At present I am trying to locate a good quality stereo valve power amplifier. Any ideas, please? Also I am looking for a quality pick up cartridge, e.g., Shure V15. Loved it from day one! I think mine had 145bhp iirc; I noticed yours has a lot more, is that standard for that model? Mine did 178000 miles and never even needed a new clutch. Really well made, always felt mechanically unburstable. Two design faults: (a) lack of a front mesh meant I twice got a stone through the radiator in motorway roadworks (b) the Y-shape oil pipe that goes into the oil rad is prone to corroding - not nice dumping all your oil on the road so anyone with that model, check the pipe regularly. After then having an Accord that was well made but bored me to sleep I've just gone mad and got a Celica 190. And it's great! Comments: Plymouth born and breed and can't get the place out of my head! Now live in 'Godzone' New Zealand (3 yrs now) and although it is truely beautiful, it will never compare to Plymouth. I miss the Hoe, Barbican, Tinside, Freedom Fields, Saltram House and walks, Dartmoor........ the list goes on. Will have to come back and retire there when the kid's are off our hands.
