I eventually bought "In Memoriam" and played the heck out of "Thandi Hawa Kali Ghata". Geeta had a very smooth voice. I would love to hear more of her singing the songs of O.P. Naayar. I have a feeling that the teaming of the two was something special. I have heard the songs sung by Lata Mangeskar. She's nice, but I prefer Geeta. I love the older Bollywood music for its innocence and musicality. There seemed something quite lyrical and artistic about that music. When I lived in New Jersey, there was a show hosted by Tinku Jain which I videotaped. I wish I knew the names of some of the songs/movies so that I could hear more from the composer/singer. For instance, what movie does the following come from: "Eena meena eena dikka ay tie dominica makka nakka makka nakka..." Also, please help me to identify "Ram delly gam gam melly" (unsure of the spelling). This is one African American who really appreciates the uniqueness of the old Bollywood sound.
