Comments: I listened to the live interview today Graham and found it really enjoyable. It was also nice to hear your choice in music. It is obvious you do like the contact from your readers and it is a shame we in the UK do not celebrate you as much as they do in Poland. Kudos to Tim the DJ/interviewer, I think I would have been a babbling mess and as a fan he held it together rather well! :-)

Comments: I very much appreciate your comments, Campbell. I always think of readers as friends...I won't let them call themselves "fans". More and more of my books are becoming available from Bloomsbury Reader as ebooks so I am hopiong that most of my backlist will soon be available to download. Meanwhile I have just finished a two-hour interview with Croydon Radio which will shortly be available free as a podcast.

Comments: Thanks for the Comments; HURRY MONSTER reminded me ( in part) of my home town in Tasmania, and the Lolly shop scenes were quite a memory for me, ah well.
And, as well as HURRY MONSTER I had managed to get a "paperback" chap-book of SEPSIS, which was signed, as are BONNIE WINTER and I think One other.
I guess you might have heard this befoe, but with so many classic titles like WELLS OF HELL, and DEVILS OF D-DAY ( two of my favorites) out of print as Hardbacks, it is hard to find good version of your titles. I have enjoyed the SISSY SAWYER titles, I read them back to back this year ( with the second one being a re-read). I am trying to buy hard backs of titles, as I can. Sometimes it is cost prohibitive at least for the moment. Thanks again. Audio Books and Hammer Reprints are two areas I hope to get good material from.

Comments: WHITE BONES is indeed A TERRIBLE BEAUTY aka KATIE MAGUIRE. It was only ever published in the United States and my new UK publishers Head of Zeus were anxious to relaunch it over here. They preferred a new title since A TERRIBLE BEAUTY is a quote from a poem by W.B. Yeats and their marketing people felt that it had little resonance outside the USA and Ireland. I have written a second (more or less stand-alone) novel featuring Katie Maguire, BROKEN ANGELS, which will be published by Head of Zeus in September 2013.

Comments: I have just noticed that WHITE BONES comes out next march in hardback. Is this A TERRIBLE BEAUTY / KATIE MAGUIRE repackaged or a follow-on story featuring Katie??? I really enjoyed A Terrible Beauty btw ....

Comments: Coming out in October...Rock On, an anthology of fantasy and horror stiories with a rock music theme. It includes my story VOODOO CHILD about meeting a long-dead Jimi Hendrix, based on my four years as editor of a pop music page on my local paper, during which I met many of the rock supremos of the time.

Comments: Thanks for your message, Campbell. HURRY MONSTER was written after a visit to Guisborough in Yorkshire (where, incidentally, Captain Cook went to school). It has appeared in several manifestations, including a strip cartoon and Bill Munster's chapbook. I don't know the provenance of the one you bought but all the same I am glad you enjoyed it (and everything else of mine that you have read.)

Comments: Thanks for all the Horror Stories !!
I bought a copy of HURRY MONSTER, 1988, and it is signed by Yourself and the artist. I was intrigued as to whether the story was done as a gift to customer of Bill Munster , since the one I have has a Christmas card, and seems to have a print ( hand writing) by Bill Munster, and a Photo of some kids. Great Story, and I appreciate the Books that have entertained and (to be cliche) enriched my life since I first read CHARNEL HOUSE in Tasmania about 1977.
