I have been using the old survey book descriptions and maps. My grandparents, Earl & Martha owned 18 acres in Owen Cty,In next to Uncle Ewing when I was growing up. I remember my grandmother always talking of her brother Clay, she used to go to Flagstaf Arizona, to visit him. Apparently he lived there for health reasons. I clearly remember her going there when I was about 8 years old which would have been around 1959. I wanted to go and she would not take me. I thought I would never see her again. But, anyway I seen where he died 1948, sure this is correct? I know she & her sister Mary would go to see their brother Clay. The brother Howard lived in Kansas and so did Uncle Goldie (John Gorley) Oh, something interesting. Uncle Howard's wife Goldie was Martha's 1st husbands,Clarence Crawford's sister. Well, hope this was of use. Sorry to ramble. But I found this very interesting. My brother, Richard had a chance meeting with Uncle Ewing's grandson Ralph Bush. And, he gave my bother some copies of family history research.
