Creating a new guest book is easy and it won't take more than a minute. Just fill out this form, click on the Create button and that's it. As soon as you create your guest book, you will be able to customize it in any way you want. We will not give away your information to third parties or individuals. Your e-mail will be used for guestbook notifications and verification. Note that you can change this information later if you wish to.

The registered Pathfinder member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pathfinder for any loss, liability, and damage arising from or in connection with the contents of our services, or use of the special features we provide to our members.

Members are responsible for everything contained / created or used with / through the services provided to them by Pathfinder. Pathfinder  does not verify, endorse, or otherwise vouch for the contents of any web site using our services. Pathfinder members can be held legally accountable for the use of the services provided by Pathfinder.

Rules, Regulations and Terms of Service
Pathfinder is in no way responsible for the content of any guest book entries. The contents and views expressed from members using our services do not necessarily reflect those of Pathfinder or Pathfinder sponsors.

Pathfinder reserves the right to remove the member from its database which, in its sole discretion, is deemed unacceptable for any reason, without prior notice, including but not limited to violations of these rules and regulations or violation of the law.

Pathfinder may deny membership to repeat offenders of these Rules, Regulations and Terms of Service.

Pathfinder makes no guarantee as to the availability of service. Pathfinder is also not responsible for any loss of data resulting from our operations or from the member's actions, network or system outages, file corruption, or any other reasons.

A valid Email address must be submitted when registering or your membership will be terminated. Email address is required for registration, password retrieval, and Pathfinder information updates. Your Email address will be used only by Pathfinder and will not be given out to any third parties.

You may not use the free services provided by Pathfinder for the following purposes:

Display of paid advertising on your guest book or other free services provided by Pathfinder. Paid advertising on the services is reserved for Pathfinder only.

Impersonate any person or entity.

Post, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);

Post, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party;
Soliciting for advertisers or sponsors.

Post, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;

Display banners for services that provide cash or cash-equivalent prizes to users in exchange for hyperlinks to their web site.

Promoting or soliciting for participation in multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes.

Conducting raffles or contents that require any type of entry fee.

Displaying material that exploits children under 18 years of age.

Pathfinder reserves the right to amend or change these Rules, Regulations and Terms of Service at any time and without prior notice.
